We had a great stay at this place. The location is perfect, centrally located for walking to many cool places. We were right beside the night club and in between both casinos. The service was excellent, from room service to housekeeping, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed from mini-bar to tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant and bar area were cozy and the food and drinks were amazing. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the entertainment provided. this venue provided a great service and made our stay enjoyable.
The only downside was that the staff could be unprofessional at times and lacked proper communication skills. However, this hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
